These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player" or "Account Holder") and RS7777 (hereinafter "the Platform", "the Operator", "we", "us" or "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://rs7777.cam and all associated content, features, tools and services (collectively the "Service").

By accessing, browsing or registering on RS7777, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Service.

Each User may only hold one Account with RS7777 at any time. Opening multiple accounts (whether using the same or different personal details, device, IP address or payment method) constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any funds therein.

Upon registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address. RS7777 reserves the right to request documentary verification of any information provided.

RS7777 reserves the right to conduct ongoing KYC verification at any point during the Account lifecycle, including prior to processing any withdrawal. The Operator may suspend withdrawal functionality pending satisfactory completion of KYC procedures.

Your use of the RS7777 Service is permitted solely for lawful, personal and non-commercial purposes. You agree to use the Service in good faith and in full compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

By using the Service you acknowledge and accept the following:

• Maximum Bet During Bonus: Placing bets above the stated maximum permitted bet while a bonus is active (e.g., PKR 1,000 per stake) constitutes a breach of bonus terms and may result in forfeiture of the bonus and all derived winnings.
• Game Contribution: Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots may contribute 100%; live casino and table games may contribute 10–20%; certain games may contribute 0%. The contribution schedule is specified per promotion.

• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing or any other unlawful financial activity through the Service.
• Abusing any promotional offer, including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, systematically hedging bonus bets or using bonus funds in bad faith.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing RS7777 staff, representatives or other users through any communication channel.

All content on the RS7777 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, page layouts, software code, database structures and user interface designs — is the exclusive intellectual property of RS7777 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, redistribute, sublicense, sell, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any content from the platform without prior written consent from RS7777.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RS7777 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from:

• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your Account or transmissions.
• Interruptions, errors, bugs, viruses or other technical failures affecting the Service.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

Closure by RS7777: RS7777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Fraudulent, abusive or otherwise unlawful conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Evidence that the Account holder is a minor or has provided false age information.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the Account holder or a third-party responsible gambling programme.
• Regulatory, legal or compliance requirements obliging the Operator to do so.

Where an Account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, RS7777 may withhold any or all Account balances pending investigation and, where applicable, may forfeit bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings without further obligation.

RS7777 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Account holders via email notification or a prominent notice on the platform, with a minimum notice period of 14 days before the revised Terms take effect, except where changes are required immediately by applicable law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the changes.
